Reservations
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team. Completing the reservation form does not guarantee vehicle availability until confirmed.
Driver Requirements
Drivers must present a valid driver's license, a valid passport or government-issued ID, and meet the minimum rental age required by Corporan Rent Car.
Payments
Depending on the selected payment option, customers may pay the full amount or a deposit to secure the reservation. Any remaining balance must be paid before or at vehicle delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
Vehicle Delivery & Return
Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date, time and location. Additional charges may apply for late returns or unauthorized location changes.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles should be returned with the agreed fuel level. Missing fuel may result in additional charges.
Traffic Violations
The renter is fully responsible for traffic fines, parking tickets, tolls and any legal violations incurred during the rental period.
Accidents & Damages
Any accident, damage or mechanical issue must be reported immediately. Additional charges may apply depending on the selected protection plan and the circumstances of the incident.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the reservation status, payment made and cancellation notice period.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used solely for reservation management, customer support and legal compliance.
Changes to These Terms
